GAF Solar Roof & Full Replacement – Ocho Rios Dr, San Jose, CA

Project Description:

This project on Ocho Rios Dr in San Jose included a full roof replacement with GAF Timberline HDZ-RS shingles and integrated GAF solar shingles. We installed new radiant barrier plywood, synthetic underlayment, leak barriers, and ridge ventilation.

The scope also included new gutters (75 lnf), downspout relocation, and a 15 kWh Franklin battery with energy monitoring. The project is backed by the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty and ELM’s 25-year labor coverage.
